As you know the Obama administration set out a pretty ambitious agenda for Iraq in terms of troop withdrawal and draw down. All combat troops are supposedly going to be out of Iraq in less than a year; is the withdrawal of American forces on such a short timetable a mistake?
That’s the first of a number of questions posed to Frederick Kagan, Senior Fellow, American Enterprise Institute, in a Great Decisions interview by the Foreign Policy Association.
